Book details
We only sell the latest version of the Teach Your Learner book. This means each edition includes any updates made by the DVSA that are relevant to teaching a learner.
All information within the book are the latest techniques used by professional Driving Instructors (ADIs) and Instructor Trainers (ORDIT).
The book contains 100 full colour pages with 350gsm covers and a spiral spine.

Delivery Details
We send the book out using the Royal Mail 'signed for' service.
Please allow up to 6 WORKING days for delivery. Orders received AFTER 12 noon will be processed on the next WORKING day. Orders received over the weekend will be processed on the next WORKING day. At Xmas, Royal Mail will not guarantee delivery timescales.
A signature is required at the delivery address.
If no one is in at the time of delivery, a 'missed delivery' card should be posted through the door with details of how to arrange redelivery to the home address, or to your local post office for collection. Alternatively you can take the 'missed delivery' card to the local Royal Mail depot to pick up the package.
International Deliveries
Postal charges displayed on the Teach Your Learner website are for delivery to the UK. International delivery costs more, so extra payment will be necessary. We will send an email asking if the purchaser wishes to pay the extra courier fee, and then email a one-off PayPal payment link for the extra cost if the purchaser wishes to proceed. If the purchaser doesn't want to pay the extra cost, we will refund the purchase. We will refund the purchase after 2 weeks if we don't receive reply.
The extra courier cost does not include import duty or VAT into the purchaser's country. This has to be arranged by the purchaser.
Return Details
Returns are accepted up to 10 days from delivery as long as the book is as new e.g. there are no signs of wear and tear - when these conditions are met, we offer a full refund (minus Postage).
Returns should be sent to the 'from' address on the back of the packaging - include a note with your details so we can confirm who returned the book.
Feel free to use the packaging the book arrived in as the return packaging.
If the book is faulty - Please email us with the details (pics if possible). We then ask the customer to return the faulty book using the packaging it arrived in. Once the book arrives with us, we refund to postage cost back to you through PayPal. In the meantime we will send a new book out to you.
